Dig - Room and Exit Creation

U S A G E

dig <direction>	creates a new room. The room is whatever direction you typed from the room you are currently in and both rooms are connected to each other by exits.
dig <direction> <room number>	Adds an exit in the given direction to the room number specified and a corresponding exit back from the other room.
